Pregnancy, Birth and Baby's video call service allows you to speak face-to-face with a maternal child health nurse.

Video call is a free service and is available from 7am to midnight (AET), 7 days a week (including public holidays).

The service is easy to use and does not require any special software, just an internet connection, along with a camera, microphone and speakers. You can access on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

You don't have to provide your name if you wish, but we will ask for your phone number in case the call drops out or we need to direct emergency services to you if needed.

Before joining the Pregnancy, Birth and Baby video call, you can run a pre-test call to check your audio and camera is working correctly.

You will be asked to provide a first name and phone number.

Important information is provided on the terms of use that you can accept by clicking on CONTINUE.

You will then be placed in a virtual waiting room until the next available maternal child health nurse can take your call.
