The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
supports the executive and statutory roles of the Tasmanian Minister for Health, Minister for Children and Minister for Human Services, as well as monitoring the performance of the Tasmanian public health system, through the services delivered by the three Tasmanian Health Organisations.

Services
DHHS is the largest of all the Tasmanian State Government agencies. They are responsible for managing and delivering integrated services that maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of Tasmanians and the Tasmanian community as a whole.
