The Stroke Foundation partners with the community to prevent stroke, save lives and enhance recovery. They do this through raising awareness, facilitating research and supporting survivors of stroke.

How the Stroke Foundation can help
They empower people to reduce their risk of stroke. They ensure people know the signs of stroke, so they can access treatment and have better outcomes. They support hospitals and healthcare providers across Australia to strengthen stroke care and rehabilitation services. They support survivors of stroke, families and carers to navigate the service system and get what they need to manage their health and live a good life after stroke.
Information line
StrokeLine provides information and support on stroke prevention, treatment and recovery.
The StrokeLine team are nursing and allied health professionals. They are friendly, understanding and always ready to listen. StrokeLine can answer your questions and connect you with services.

- YoungStroke a website for survivors of stroke aged 18-65 and their support crew. Stroke doesn't only happen to older people. No matter what's going on, chances are someone has been through it.
