How SANE can help

We offer different types and levels of support, so you can find what works for you. Choose from our RecoveryClub mental health recovery program with groups and peer support, 24/7 community forums, and online information and resources.

Programs

  • SANE's RecoveryClub is a free, 6-month online program for people wanting to work on their mental health recovery at their own pace. You'll get access to evidence-based recovery resources, online group sessions, and peer support — all designed to help you set recovery goals, build coping skills, and stay connected along the way.
  • SANE Forums are open 24/7 for people across Australia to connect, share, and find support. It's a safe, moderated, and anonymous space where you can talk to others who understand, learn from shared experiences, and join live discussions and community events.
  • Information and Resources
Available 24/7. Access information you can trust on complex mental health issues. SANE factsheets and guides are easy to read and can help you understand what's happening and what strategies can be helpful.
  • You are not alone — guidance for supporting someone at risk of suicide
Available 24/7. A resource that provides information and advice about supporting someone who has attempted, or is at risk of attempting, suicide.
