People who experience complex trauma often struggle as an adult with their mental and physical health and wellbeing. People supporting them often don't know what to do and say. Blue Knot Foundation empowers survivors to recover and supports those around them.

Vision and mission

Blue Knot Foundation is Australia's National Centre of Excellence for Complex Trauma. They empower recovery and build resilience for the more than 5 million adults impacted by complex trauma.
